AthleteX is a product of Humming LLC and is owned and operated by Humming LLC. By accessing or using AthleteX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

AthleteX provides WhatsApp-based discipline coaching services, including daily check-ins, habit tracking, and weekly progress reports for athletes, parents, and coaches.

Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

Humming LLC provides AthleteX "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
